As easy it is to use, Assembly’s Daily Agenda Flow is just as easy to set up. You can even do it in five simple steps! You can follow the steps below, or watch this quick walkthrough.
For the very step, all you have to do is click “Add New Flow.” That’s it! Starting from your personal Assembly homepage, the “Add New Flow” button is a plus sign on the top left side. From there you find the Daily Agenda Flow and you’re roaring to go.
Considering this is a daily Agenda, you probably want a daily reminder. When you open the
Daily Agenda Flow you’ll be able to schedule the time and frequency you want to be reminded. You can set the time that best fits your schedule. If your schedule is changing, no worries, you can go back and change to the time that works for you.
So what do you want in your daily agenda? The default template already has some great prompts set up for you, like “Today I feel..”or “One action I could take today..” If those work for you, then you’re already set! However, the great thing about Assembly’s Daily Agenda is how customizable it is. You can easily customize your prompts or structure, using various formats.
That’s right, the fourth step could be your final step. Once you have your prompts and structure set up, you’re ready to go. You’ll have one more chance to change the name and description of your daily agenda (you can name and describe it whatever you want) and all you have to do is click the big green button and your new customized daily agenda will be live for you!
Now if your daily agenda is private, you are done at step four because the default setting for the Agenda Flow is for-your-eyes-only. However, if you’re using Assembly for your team (which is a great idea) and you set it up for your team members to use individually or as a group, you can very easily add participants to the agenda. You can add as many people as you would like! Perhaps, the more the merrier?
There you have it, it’s as easy as 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 to set up Assembly’s Daily Agenda. You can learn more about how you can use the Daily Agenda for yourself or for your team here. It’s free to use and you can even request a demo to see if it’s the digital daily agenda for you.
